everydayhero Platform and Transaction Service fees
EEE deliver fundraising events as a full event service offering to charities, allowing the charities to do what they do best and focus on their wonderful causes and benefits to their customers, while also enabling the charity branding to dominate. EEE invests in the event advertising, participant recruitment, physical training and fundraising coaching of the participants, and the online technologies to support these activities. The full event service offering campaign model ensures the Charity resources are not required to work on the event campaign.
EEE + Register Now
EEE work with everydayhero (EDH) and leverage the EDH platform for online fundraising. EEE has a Heroix license with everyday hero, enabling charity branded campaigns. The beneficiary charity or charities must be a current standard member on the everyday hero platform.
EEE have a service fee with everyday hero of 5 %( EDH retains as their administration fee) and uplift it by 15% to offset event costs incurred by EEE.
The fund raising service fee in total is 20 %( 5% EDH, 15% EEE) on EEE events, the donor receives a 100% tax receipt for all monies donated
The beneficiary charity or charities receives 80% direct from everyday hero as EEE covers all acquisition campaign costs. No costs for acquisition campaigns are passed onto charities.
EEE has adopted this approach, which is one of shared success, meaning EEE reinvests(15%) all fund raising earned back into more EDH fund raising marketing campaigns to increase funds for the charity and grows the donations total per campaign. This also enables EEE to keep registrations fees at a lower level, thereby reducing the barrier to entry for many participants.
EEE fees are used to cover:
Event EDH acquisition costs
Maintaining the technical integration between everyday hero and Register Now – this ensures a seamless user experience between the registration flow and fundraising page creation
Campaign website build expenses (creating the digital assets such as banners, Videos, training guides, writing website copy, acquisition email and paid search copy etc.)
Participant acquisition in the campaign - marketing expenses (email, social media campaigns, paid search etc.).
Participation fundraising coaching and support, consisting proactive and reactive telephone calls/emails and charity messaging on the everyday hero platform.
EEE also run complimentary fitness workshops at Mt.Coot-tha– providing face to face training opportunities for participants ensuring best preparation for events and engaging experiences. Participants pay a donation fee of $5.00 per session to the charity.
